Please read these terms carefully before purchasing PKNIC Prepaid Cards or using our services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pknicprepaidcards.com ("Website") and the purchase of PKNIC Prepaid Cards and related services provided by PKNIC Prepaid Cards ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

PKNIC Prepaid Cards provides:

  • Authentic PKNIC Prepaid Cards for .pk domain registration and renewal
  • .pk domain registration services (for all extensions: .pk, .com.pk, .net.pk, .edu.pk, etc.)
  • Domain renewal facilitation services
  • Customer support via WhatsApp, email, and chat

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Current pricing:

  • PKNIC Prepaid Card: PKR 3,350 per card (2 years validity)
  • Domain Registration: PKR 3,200
  • Domain Renewal: PKR 3,450 per 2-year period

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of your confirmed order will be honored. Payment must be made before order fulfillment via RAAST, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or USD ACH as described on our Payment Options page.

4. Order Process

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our website forms. An order is confirmed only after:

  • You have specified the quantity of cards or domain details
  • We have confirmed availability and provided payment instructions
  • You have made full payment and shared payment confirmation
  • We have verified the payment successfully

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Delivery Policy

PKNIC Prepaid Cards are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or email after payment verification. Typical delivery time is 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by customers.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of PKNIC Prepaid Cards:

  • All sales are final once cards are delivered to the customer
  • Refunds are only provided if a card is confirmed defective or invalid
  • Cancellations can only be made before payment is processed
  • In case of non-delivery, we will either resend cards or issue a full refund within 24 hours

7. Card Usage and Validity

PKNIC Prepaid Cards are:

  • Valid for use on PKNIC's official portal (pknic.net.pk) only
  • Non-transferable once used for a domain registration
  • Valid for all .pk domain extensions
  • Subject to PKNIC's own terms and conditions

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect usage of cards by customers. Always follow PKNIC's official instructions when redeeming cards.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Use PKNIC cards for legitimate domain registration purposes only
  • Not resell cards obtained from us without our written permission
  • Not attempt to use cards fraudulently or for illegal purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of any card codes we provide

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, PKNIC Prepaid Cards shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Issues caused by PKNIC's own systems, policies, or technical problems
  • Domain registration rejections by PKNIC for eligibility or policy reasons
  • Delays in domain activation caused by PKNIC's processing times

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of PKNIC Prepaid Cards and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
